My webmaster Alan; AH Web Designs. He realized from our first phone conversation that I wanted something different and special on the internet. Something that would stand out above the rest.
By the grace of God, I stumbled upon Alan while searching for web developers. It is a "jungle" out there and if you are not careful, your dreams of having a first class internet presence can be easily destroyed by the less than reliable and trustworthy website builders out there.
Alan took on this Herculean project and made it his "Baby" as well as mine. He worked tirelessly on this site night and day to make it what it is today. I may be biased, but I think it is the finest, classiest, most user friendly, National Directory of its kind on the web. Alan believes in the saying "what goes around comes around" and he worked with me so that I could financially afford this site. If it were not for his generosity in "paying it forward," this site would not exist -- plain and simple.
So Alan, I promise that you will get back what you have given me. I thank you for all of your hard work and for the work that will be ongoing as we move forward and grow this business together. You are my "Partner" in this venture and together we can bring this site to all the heights it deserves. Thank you my friend ... for making my dream a reality, you are the best.

My "Partner in Marriage", Chuck of 25 years! He has supported me in my decision to go out on a limb with this new business venture because of my strong belief in the need for this website. There were financial sacrifices we had to make in order to get this off the ground. Chuck had to cook many dinners while I was working into the night on the computer developing the content for each and every page of this site. Of course, I have to admit, he has made most of the dinners for me over the years, since I am no Betty Crocker. Chuck served as my sounding board, making suggestions along the way in order to enhance this site. He has always supported me through thick and thin and for this I am eternally grateful. I truly am blessed with the Partner I chose in life. So Honey, Thank You and I love you very much! I pray we have many more years together.

A Fellow Colleague, Appraiser and good friend of mine for almost 15 years, Kelly Riedinger. She has been very supportive and has provided many good ideas for the marketing of this site. She hooked me up with the owners of the radio show that we will be hosting on Lakefront Living, which will be broadcast live across the internet. We love to bounce appraisal issues off each other since two heads are better than one. Kelly is also undertaking a new venture in addition to her appraisal business here in Atlanta. She is offering consulting services to homeowners who are renovating their homes. She will be the intermediary between the homeowner and the contractors and advise which renovations will result in the highest return on investment. Her primary areas of expertise are Downtown Atlanta and Buckhead. Kelly, I appreciate all the great conversations we have had over the years, but most of all I value our friendship.

Fourth
Finally, I would like to dedicate this site to my Mother & Father, Patti and Peter Kalmes. My father was also an entrepreneur and my mother was the intellect in the family. They both died several years ago from Cancer and they are missed greatly. I know they would be proud of this business venture. My promise to them is to give back some of the profits from this site to the American Cancer Society. Many others in my family have been touched by Cancer, so it hits very close to home, as I am sure it does for most people.
