The reason we developed this site is three-fold. First, as lake front appraisers, many times we are asked by homeowners and potential homeowners if we know of any experienced Lakefront Realtors and Lake Realtors are asked frequently if they know an experienced lake appraiser. So we thought it would be great service to everyone if there was one site on the web, where people could easily find ALL lakefront and waterfront professionals across the nation. Secondly, there is NO other site or directory on the internet that allows people to find Lakefront Professionals, be they Appraisers, Realtors, Lenders, Builders or Lake Related Retailers, Resorts, in ONE place, so the NEED is definately there.
